Official Delivery Timelines
All 64 Districts SupportedStandard delivery completed within 5 days maximum. Courier Fee: ৳60 BDT (Free over ৳999).
Standard delivery completed within 10 days maximum via Steadfast Courier. Courier Fee: ৳120 BDT (Free over ৳999).
3 – 5 Working Days
Direct express courier home delivery to all Dhaka city areas (Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Uttara, Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Badda, Satarkul, Old Dhaka, etc.).
5 – 10 Working Days
Delivered directly to your doorstep in Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and every upazila via Steadfast Courier.
3 – 6 Business Days
Priority air dispatch worldwide (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia) via DHL Express Worldwide & FedEx Priority.
Packaging, Dispatch & Courier Tracking Details
1. Protective Water-Resistant Packaging
Art books and fine goods require meticulous protection. Every book is individually shrink-wrapped to lock out humidity and rain, wrapped in high-density bubble cushioning, and supported with rigid cardboard edge protectors to prevent corner creasing during transit.
2. Automated SMS Dispatch & Live Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our registered studio (27, Satarkul, Uttar Badda, Gulshan, Dhaka 1212), you will receive an automated SMS notification with your Steadfast Courier consignment tracking ID to follow live transit milestones.
3. Doorstep Handover & Package Inspection
When the courier rider arrives, you are invited to inspect the outer security seal. If the parcel appears damaged or opened, please contact our helpline (+880 1711-463987) immediately for an instant free replacement dispatch.
