Packaging, Tracking & Inspection Details
1. Protective Water-Resistant Packaging
Art books require special care. Every book is individually shrink-wrapped to lock out moisture, wrapped in high-density bubble cushioning, and supported with rigid cardboard edge protectors to prevent bent corners during transit.
2. Automated SMS Dispatch & Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our Banani fulfillment studio, you receive an automated SMS with your unique Steadfast Courier consignment tracking ID. You can track your parcel's live status at any time on the Steadfast tracking portal.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection
We support Cash on Delivery nationwide. When the courier delivery rider arrives, you may inspect the outer package seal. If the parcel is visibly damaged or opened, you may refuse delivery or contact our helpline (+880 1711-463987) immediately for a free replacement.
4. Re-Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable when the courier rider arrives, they will contact your phone number and schedule a second delivery attempt the following business day at no additional charge.
